Squid tentacles in oil

Excellent pickled snack with a rich taste. Try! My family is very fond of seafood. Relatives eat squid tentacles marinated in oil with great pleasure. And since they can stand in the refrigerator for a while when cooked, it saves my time. We eat them as an independent dish or add them to a salad. They turn out very tasty, with a spicy aroma of spices. And there is always a place for them on the festive table.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 9 h 20 min

1. Take the squid tentacles, clean them and wash them.
2. Cut if necessary. The method of cutting does not matter much: if the tentacles are large, I sometimes cut them into pieces.
3. Pour all the spices and salt into the oil and let the mixture boil. You can use both olive and sunflower oil.
4. Pour boiling oil with spices over the prepared squid. After cooling, insist them in the refrigerator for 8-9 hours.
5. When serving, remove the pieces of squid from the oil and season with lemon juice. They are also perfect for making salads.

Bon appetit!
