The traditional cuisine of Sweden, along with the culinary preferences of other Scandinavian countries, for example, Norway and Denmark, is quite fatty and satisfying. It is based on fish and meat dishes. I offer you a recipe that many Swedish chefs like to cook – salmon with mustard sauce. I lay out fish fillets on foil. Mix 4 tablespoons of dill, granulated sugar, salt and crushed white pepper. I sprinkle salmon fillets with this mixture. I stack the pieces on top of each other and wrap them tightly in foil. I put the fish under pressure and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Every day the fish must be turned over, and the resulting juice drained. To prepare the sauce, I take sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar, wine vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, mustard and ground black pepper.

Whisk all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture, add 5 tablespoons of dill. The sauce should taste sweet. I remove the dill mixture from the fillet and cut the fish into thin slices. I serve the fish on the table with sauce and boiled potatoes. I recommend.
