The culinary recipe of this salad belongs to the category of homemade recipes, because of its simplicity in preparation. Chinese cabbage gives the salad freshness and juiciness, onions and mussels – sharpness, and green peas and eggs make it satisfying. I tried a salad with pickled mussels and Chinese cabbage at a friend's birthday party, and since then I have been cooking similar food not only for holidays. We chop the head of the red onion with a short straw, we do the same procedure with red bell pepper. We combine vegetables with green peas. We cook hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool them, chop them finely, and then send them to a salad. We also add Chinese cabbage, cut into strips. Remove the mussels from the marinade and put them in the salad. If you prefer a sharper taste of salad, then add a few spoonfuls of marinade to it. We fill the salad with pickled mussels and Chinese cabbage with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix all its components. You can serve it on the table. Bon appetit!
