    How to make fried dumplings with potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Dumplings can be used ready-made purchased or cook them yourself. I take the purchased ones. They are frozen. It is not necessary to defrost them in advance. Take raw smoked bacon. It is very fragrant.

    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings. Fry the onion for a couple of minutes in a hot frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil.

    Chop the bacon and add it to the onion in the pan. Mix it up. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.

    Wash the champignons well in running water from dirt and cut into slices. Add the chopped champignons to the bacon in the pan. Fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready. Stir occasionally so that nothing burns.

    In parallel, pour a little vegetable oil in another frying pan and lay out the dumplings. Fry them until golden brown. Then pour hot water on them and cook them under the lid for 5-7 minutes. The filling in the dumplings is already ready. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare only the dough.

Check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in a frying pan in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.

Buy fresh medium-sized mushrooms, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.

Instead of champignons, you can take dried mushrooms (they will need 5-6 times less than fresh ones). Do not forget to rinse them and then soak them before cooking (for about 2-3 hours).
