    Corn should be used milk ripeness, when the grains are not yet fully formed, tender and juicy. The ears of such corn are dark green in color and with tightly fitting foliage. Corn should be purchased from a trusted and reliable seller, and preferably from your site. It should not be cleaned. We remove the upper leaves from the cobs, leaving only a single layer of leaves covering the cob itself.

    Carefully open the ears and remove the fibers, but do not tear off the leaves, close the ears with them again. It is better to soak corn in salted water before grilling, so that it starts to burn and is baked evenly. But this applies to an outdoor grill with an open fire. For cooking corn at home, you can not do this.

    Put the corn on the grill and send it to the microwave oven. We set the maximum power or turn on the "grill" program and the time is 5 minutes.

Then we take the corn out of the microwave oven together with the grill, this should be done carefully so as not to get burned. We open the leaves on the ears of corn, as if we are peeling a banana, without tearing them off completely.

    Sprinkle on corn grains with salt and ground black pepper, put small pieces of butter. If desired, the seasoning and spices can be replaced with others to taste. Those who like it sharper can sprinkle the corn with garlic passed through the press, sprinkle with olive oil instead of butter. For lovers of sweet corn, honey can be used instead of salt and pepper.
