Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

It's good if there are small square molds for this dish, but if there aren't any, it doesn't matter. Take ordinary cupcake molds like me, silicone ones are better.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding 10 grams of butter. Pour the mass into the bottom of the molds and evenly distribute it along the walls with a silicone brush. Leave some of the chocolate mass. Put the molds in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (cottage cheese is better to take homemade, with good fat content, so that the mass is not dry).

Soften the remaining butter in the microwave.

Put softened butter into the resulting curd mass. Using an immersion blender, whisk the mass until it is completely homogeneous and smooth.

Take out the molds (the chocolate must have frozen during this time), fill them with curd mass. Make a recess in each future cheese and put a spoonful of condensed milk. Close the top again with the curd mass. Pour over the remaining chocolate, melting it in the microwave if it has thickened.

Put the filled molds in the freezer for 15 minutes.

The treat is ready! Get the cheese out of the molds and help yourself to health!
