Halva is a food that everyone knows. It is especially popular in the east. This is an oriental sweetness. You can buy it now in any store, but also cook it yourself according to a special culinary recipe. There are a large number of varieties of halva. Recently I tried sesame halva. I liked it very much. Now I often cook at home on my own. You just need to stock up on sesame seeds and honey. There is only one remark, honey should be liquid. To prepare halva, you first need to grind all the sesame seeds. To do this, you can use a regular coffee grinder. It is better to grind the seeds in small portions, about 30-40 grams. This is the only way you can achieve a uniform consistency. The resulting mass should be filled with honey. Stir. Then, as a dough, you need to knead for about 7 minutes. Take the mold into which you will pour the mass for the future sesame halva. Cover it with cling film. Put the honey-sesame mass on it. Compress the future halva with a film and put it in the refrigerator. It will be enough for her to stand there all night. In the morning, you can taste this delicacy for breakfast. Enjoy your appetite!
