Homemade classic tiramisu with mascarpone

Air dessert will take you to the seventh heaven! That's how I cooked a very delicious classic tiramisu at home. Tiramisu is a surprisingly tender and delicious dessert. Since I do not use raw eggs for fear of infection, I whip the proteins in this dish in a water bath so that they undergo heat treatment. In addition, I cover the top of tiramisu with whipped cream. So dessert seems to me even more tender. Although you can not do this. The birthplace of tiramisu cake is sunny Italy. Translated from Italian, "tiramisu" means "lift me up".
