Cookie sausage with condensed milk and marmalade

Sweet sausage for the smallest households. It took me about 5 hours to prepare this dish: 1 hour before cooking, get the oil + 40 minutes to prepare the dish itself + 3 hours to keep in the refrigerator.

An hour before cooking, you need to take the butter out of the refrigerator and leave it to soften at room temperature. Then we take it and whisk it, gradually adding condensed milk. Next is the cookie queue. We just pass it through a meat grinder (as a child, I always asked for help and twisted the handle of the meat grinder). Finely chop the marmalade. Now mix the crushed cookies with the prepared cream and add the marmalade. The resulting mass is wrapped in parchment and given an elongated shape. That's all.

It remains only to endure 3-4 hours, which our sausage will have to be in the refrigerator. Then you need to cut it into slices and put it on a plate.

Marmalade, if desired, you can not add.
