Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min
On normal weekdays, I really like to cook light, low-calorie salads. For example, this week it was an asparagus salad with shrimp. The food is very dietary, but also satisfying at the same time. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this snack. We begin the preparation of this dish with the fact that we boil the pre-well-washed asparagus until ready. This usually takes no more than 15 minutes. After that, we take the asparagus out of the water, dry it well and cool it. Now mix the lettuce leaves previously washed and cut into medium pieces, boiled shrimp, asparagus and grapefruit cut into medium cubes. Now we are preparing the salad dressing. To do this, mix mustard, honey and vinegar, mix well, fill our salad with this sauce. So the snack is ready, it remains only to steal it with almonds and serve it to the table.
