Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

To make a tuna sandwich, take four slices of bread. It does not matter what it will be – choose to your taste. You will also need canned tuna in its own juice (1 jar), some natural yogurt (it can be replaced with mayonnaise, but then breakfast will be less useful) and vegetables (1 medium tomato and 4 lettuce leaves).

Lightly fry the bread until golden brown. Put the tuna in a bowl and mash it with a fork, but not very finely, add yogurt to it, add salt and pepper to your taste, mix.

Wash tomatoes and lettuce, blot with a napkin from excess moisture. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Now you can collect the sandwiches yourself. Put two lettuce leaves on a piece of bread, two slices of tomato on top, then tuna, cover with another piece of bread. Repeat the steps for the second sandwich. That's it – bon appetit and have a good day!
