1. Salad is good because it gives you the opportunity to improvise. So, instead of tomatoes, you can take cucumbers, and replace the lettuce with any other greens.
2. Mash the cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Add grated tomatoes to it.
4. Chop the greens, add to a bowl. Add salt to taste. Add crushed garlic.
5. Season with mayonnaise or vegetable oil, mix well.
