Appetizer in lavash with cheese and ham

Great recipe for a wonderful snack! It will act as a hearty snack! Delicious pita bread roll with ham! I really love such food as Armenian lavash. And although it is stored much less than regular bread, I do not stop buying it every 2-3 days. In addition, it is from lavash that you can make simply amazing breakfast food for your family. I'm talking about such a simple dish as pita bread with ham and cheese. I am sharing with you this simple cooking recipe.

We start with the fact that we cut one sheet of lavash into 8 equal parts. Now we cut the ham into small cubes. After that, rub the hard cheese on a medium grater. Garlic is cleaned and crushed into crumbs with a sharp knife, after which it is thoroughly mixed with the prepared cheese. Now we put a little cheese on each of the eight pieces of pita bread, then ham, wrap the pita bread with a roll.

Now we put the frying pan on medium heat, heat the butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry our rolls on both sides for 1-2 minutes. After all the rolls are ready, we put them on a dish and serve them to the table! I am sure your loved ones will appreciate such a breakfast as pita bread with ham!
