This cooking recipe can be useful to everyone. After all, it often happens that you have stale bread left, but you don't know how to apply it. With this recipe, you can use stale bread and cook a wonderful delicious meal. Let's make a salad with crackers.
First wash the fresh lettuce leaves, then let them dry out and then tear them into pieces.
Put nuts and seeds in a frying pan and fry them a little.
Cut the bread into small cubes and fry it in a dry frying pan until it becomes a beautiful ruddy color. You can do otherwise and turn bread into crackers in the oven. Here the choice is yours.
Cut the cheese into slices about a centimeter thick. Take two plates and pour dry flour into one and add paprika to the flour. We'll break an egg into the second plate.
Next, we roll each piece of cheese first in flour, then dip it in an egg, and then again in flour. We put the pieces of cheese in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil and fry them from all sides.
Now let's prepare the salad dressing. Mix mustard, lemon juice, honey, a teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper. Shake this mixture.
Put lettuce leaves, cheese, crackers, nuts and seeds on a large plate. Pour all the dressing, mix and the salad with crackers is ready. Of course, it took a little more than just crackers for this salad, but the result is worth it.
