Rowan liqueur starts with unpeeled fresh berries. We bring them into a more solid look, having cleaned them from twigs and stems, and not forgetting to rinse them under the tap.

The second step we will prepare sugar syrup. Mix sugar with water over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and turn off.Let the syrup cool down, and the already cold, thicker mass is poured over the rowan, transferred to another container. Pour vodka to the mixture, and at the same time season with spices.

Mix and leave the rowan liqueur to infuse in a tightly closed storage. The liquor will take three weeks to ripen. Before pouring it into bottles, filter it through a gauze.
