To prepare our wonderful salad, we put all the necessary ingredients on the table.At first, I like to cook beef as its cooking takes a lot of time and the necessary skill.It is important to note that the meat should be very tender and juicy!To do this, I take the beef and rinse it thoroughly under cold water.Then I cut the meat into small pieces.Next, take the onion and cut it into half rings.Add pieces of juicy meat to a preheated frying pan and fry until golden brown.Add the onion and fry everything together for 15-20 minutes.At the end, pour water put in a frying pan and simmer on low heat for about an hour.At the very end, we salt the meat.

After cooking the beef, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put them in a bowl.We take the spinach, wash it and cut it into small strips.

Next, I peel the new potatoes and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.I let the potatoes cool down, then cut them finely and add them to our ready-made ingredients.

To decorate the salad, I use lemon and cut it into slices.Also, for decoration and bright taste, I like to use olives.I take yellow and large olives from the thicket of everything, so that the salad is even tastier and juicier!I chop the olives finely and put them on a plate.

At the end of cooking our healthy salad, I add salt to taste and a little mayonnaise to the salad.For salad dressing, you can also use sour cream, yogurt or vegetable oil.

After mixing all the ingredients, I put the salad in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes to let the salad thoroughly soak.Our wonderful and healthy salad is ready!Bon appetit!

To decorate a salad, I like to use dill and add some green onions.For dressing, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream, yogurt or vegetable oil.
