    While the water is boiling, take the peeled lemon and squeeze the juice (I cut the lemon in half, insert a fork into the pulp and press it gradually turning around the fork).

    When the water starts to boil, add the zest (you can also add mint for flavor). Let boil for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Leave to brew (I usually do it in the evening and leave it overnight).
