Custard chicken breast in milk

The most tender chicken breast without much effort! Breast, which does not need to be cooked, but only brewed with boiling milk. This method of cooking also confused me at first, but I still tried it and did not regret it! The breast turns out to be very tender and pleasant, appetizing color, and completely ready! I am happy to share:-)

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

We will need: chicken breast fillet, 3.2% milk, spices.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash the chicken breast, lightly dry, cut into small pieces.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add spices. I take "For chicken". Here - at will.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Transfer to a thick-walled saucepan. And let it stand for 15 minutes. Do not salt, so that excess juice does not come out. A thick-walled pan is needed in order to keep the heat longer. Although, it does not matter.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Boil the milk. And pour directly boiling milk over the breast to cover at the level of 4-5 cm. Mix quickly so that the pieces do not stick together. It is important to do everything quickly to keep the milk temperature high.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Wrap the pan well with a towel. I also cover it with a blanket to be sure. Leave for 1 hour. And you can pour the breast with boiling milk into a thermos, because it is important that the milk remains hot after this hour!

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Drain the milk exactly after 1 hour. Now you can add salt. Ready! Enjoy your meal!

Note: if you pour less milk, the breast may remain moist. And it is better not to use skim milk. 3.2% is enough.
