Boil rice in salted water with paprika.
Boil eggs.
Separate the whites from the yolks and grate them into separate containers on a fine grater.
Grate crab sticks also on a fine grater.
Soak gelatin in half a glass of cold water.
Mix mascarpone cream with mayonnaise and sour cream with a whisk. It is not necessary to beat with a mixer, since mascarpone does not like long whipping.

Mix everything well.
Cover the salad bowl with foil.
Lay the sliced salmon overlapping each other around the circumference of the salad bowl.
Put two tablespoons of cream.
Put the grated yolks on the cream.
Next - cream and grated crab sticks.
Then - cream and grated proteins.
Next - cream and rice.
Finish everything with the remains of the cream.
Put the salad bowl in the refrigerator for three to four hours.
Put the frozen cake with herbs and turn it over on a platter.
Remove the foil.
