Smoothies are, of course, not really food, but a very useful treat for a healthy start to the day or an option for a festive dessert. Now I will tell you about the culinary recipe of this very useful product. We begin the preparation of smoothies by preparing all of the above ingredients. We take a banana, peel it and cut it into several pieces. Then peel the carrots, wash them well and cut them not very large. Now we take out the apples and make fresh apple juice in the juicer. Now we prepare the blender for work and put in it the prepared banana, carrot, apple juice, a glass of low-fat natural yogurt (or kefir) and half of ice (100 grams). Turn on the blender and grind all our mass to a mushy, homogeneous state. Then we pour our ready-made smoothie into glasses, pour the remaining ice into them, insert a tube and decorate with banana slices if desired. Bon appetit!
