Cooking method

One of my favorite cold appetizers for a big feast are aspic eggs. This food is not only delicious, but also very unusual in appearance. This is a great alternative to the usual jelly. If you want to cook this great snack for the next celebration, follow the instructions of the recipe. So, we start by pouring gelatin with 100 milliliters of cool boiled water and leave it for an hour. Now boil the chicken fillet until tender in slightly salted water. When the fillet is ready, drain a glass and a half of chicken strained broth. Now we take raw chicken eggs and wash them well. After that, we make a small hole about 2 centimeters from the blunt side of the testicles. We carefully pour out the egg whites and yolks from the shells. Now we dissolve soda in warm water and soak the shells in this solution for 10-15 minutes. After this time, we wash the shell well in running water. Now cut the ham into thin strips. Then we dissolve the gelatin in the broth we have cast. After that, we put our shells in a container for chicken eggs and begin to put the filling in them. First, we place a sprig of greenery and a few cranberries at the bottom of each shell. Then a little ham, peas, corn. At the end, we pour gelatin broth into each egg to the top and put our eggs in the refrigerator overnight. Pour the broth with gelatin. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, we release the snack from the shell, put it on a dish and serve it to the table.
