I want to present to your attention a real men's drink, it is prepared from mountain ash. This is rowan wine. It's nice to sit in a man's company at a table full of food and, during a conversation, drink a glass of strong wine of light yellow color with a brown tint with an amazing, slightly tart taste with a pleasant bitterness.
Knead the rowan berries, put them in any container, add a glass of sugar and put them for three days of fermentation at an air temperature of 20 degrees. As soon as the mixture begins to ferment, once again we shift and squeeze the juice. We measure its amount and mix it with pre-prepared apple juice. Add half of the sugar, pour into cans for 2/3 of the volume, put a rubber glove on the neck, under which we slip a piece of paper (so that it does not fly away during fermentation). After a week, add the rest of the sugar. After about a month and a half, the wine is removed from the sediment, poured into another bowl and aged for another month at room temperature. After that, the rowan strong wine is ready, and let the women come up with recipes for it.
