Pork loin stuffed with olives and cheese

Amazing recipe with unobtrusive taste of olives! Easy to prepare. The recipe is especially good because it can be prepared even by those who are beginning to learn the chemistry of the hostess's kitchen. In any case, the meat will turn out soft and fragrant. The main thing is to do everything strictly according to the recipe for the first time and monitor the cooking time. I really liked to cook pork loin stuffed in different ways. Pork cooked in this way can be served both for a regular dinner and for a festive one. Sometimes, for decoration, I sprinkle chopped herbs and grated cheese on top of the already prepared meat.
