A very delicious culinary recipe for an excellent dessert of Italian cuisine – chocolate mousse, which is quickly prepared, what is its special charm. However, it is better to start cooking it three hours before the festive table, so that the mousse has time to freeze properly.

We build a water bath on the stove. In a smaller saucepan, we put the crushed chocolate. And melt it over low heat. Separately, in a convenient bowl, beat the cooled egg whites (without sugar) with a mixer.

Grate the zest of one orange on a fine grater (do not forget to wash it well with a brush). Add it to the mousse if desired (not everyone likes it with zest).

Separately, beat the egg yolks with sugar so that they become white. Squeeze the juice of the same orange into the beaten egg yolks, mix. We also introduce melted chocolate here and carefully knead the mixture until smooth.

Last of all, add the whipped whites into a strong foam. Mix again. We take cremans or wide glasses on a low leg, put our delicious mixture in them and put it in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Sweet food is ready for the festive table. This mousse is well decorated with pomegranate seeds and whipped cream.
