I really like to cook for myself and my family the most diverse food from poultry (chicken, turkey) and meat (beef, pork, lamb). Of course, these dishes themselves are very tasty, but I prefer to serve honey mustard sauce with them. My family, friends, and friends always appreciate it. And it is about the culinary recipe of this sauce that I will tell you now. We start by peeling onions, washing them well and cutting them into small pieces. Then we also wash the ginger root well, dry it with a paper towel. After that, in a small container, mix the John mustard, soy sauce and honey. Mix the mass thoroughly, until a homogeneous consistency. Then we double-scroll the onion and ginger root through a meat grinder or, much better, grind them in a blender to the consistency of mush. Now we shift the resulting mass into the mustard-honey mixture and mix well. Here is our sauce and ready! You can serve it with meat or poultry.
