Lasagna with meat, ham and celery root

An unusual recipe for lasagna with chopped meat! This culinary recipe of Italian cuisine differs from others in that lasagna with meat is prepared here on meat pieces (and fried), and not on minced meat. As a result, the food, in my opinion, turns out to be even more interesting and unusual than always.

Pour olive oil into the pan, put diced onion, grated carrot, celery root and fry for a few minutes. Then add slices of ham, meat and a pinch of nutmeg. Salt and pepper to taste, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Pour in the tomato sauce and continue to simmer under the lid. Pour in the wine, broth, add all the seasonings and spices, put the weakest fire and simmer for about an hour. Now boil the lasagna leaves, let them drain and dry. We spread lasagna on the bottom of the oiled mold, spread the meat filling on top, pour the prepared bechamel sauce (fry and simmer all the components in a frying pan and stir until smooth), sprinkle with grated cheese and grated butter.

We spread a layer of lasagna, and on top again the same filling. At the very top we should have cheese and butter. We put it in the oven for forty minutes.
