Homemade grape wine

A classic bouquet of grape wine will help brighten up more than one evening. According to this recipe, you can make homemade wine from white grapes or from black - according to your choice. I found a simple culinary recipe for making wine from grapes at home on a website dedicated to Georgian cuisine. By the way, it was indicated there that if you take very sweet grapes as the basis of wine, sugar is not required for it at all. Sugar during fermentation increases the strength, in principle, it does not affect anything else. Well, we will also get a little sweeter wine, of course.

We thoroughly wash all the grapes under running water, let the excess water drain, then separate the berries from the stems and put them in a deep dish. Then we take a wooden pestle and carefully crush the grapes so that an almost homogeneous mass is obtained. It's not scary that there will be bones, it's normal.
After sprinkle crushed grapes with sugar and leave in a dark cool place for about a week. Then the resulting wine is filtered through a strainer or several layers of wet gauze and bottled. Such homemade grape wine can be stored in the cellar, and meat food is usually served to it: beef, pork, lamb, and so on.
