1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, let it cool, cut into cubes as small as possible.

2. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled in cold water, peeled from the shell, grated on a coarse grater.

3. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful golden color.

4. We place the culinary ring on a serving dish, spread the chicken with the first layer, then the fried onion, tamp it tightly.

5. Pineapple rings are finely cut, spread on the onion, then form an egg layer.

6. Only now we lubricate the surface of the salad with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Carefully remove the ring, decorate the salad with a sprig of parsley and serve it on the table.
