    Bon appetit!

We often go out with our family to nature, where the first question is what would be so delicious and quick to cook so that everyone is full and happy, because everyone always has an appetite in the fresh air. Usually we fry kebabs, cook field porridge, cook pilaf, bake potatoes on coals and other vegetables on the barbecue. No less often we gather in our yard and arrange gatherings with friends, during which we also cook something on an open fire. This time a friend came to us, whom we have not seen for a long time. We decided to celebrate such a long-awaited meeting in the courtyard, where we always have a barbecue. Being an avid fisherman, my godfather caught such a beautiful fish before coming to us and offered to cook it, as they say, without leaving the cash register. I myself have never done this before, but my friend shared his experience and told me how to cook fish on a fire on a grill on coals - he is a real expert in this. Everyone helped, but the godfather was frying. There was just an amazing fish that flew off the table first thing. It's good that I managed to take a picture of her! I served a lot of vegetables to the baked carp - some of them we ate raw, and some were baked. And the fire-fried bread, which I and all my family just adore, also came up well. In general, our weekend was a success. Thanks to him, we added a fish baked in this way to our piggy bank of recipes in nature!
