Sherbet with nuts

A hearty treat for true sweet tooth! . Sherbet - everyone's favorite oriental sweet - has won the sympathy of our family. What variations have we just not tried! Even recently I tried to cook sherbet myself and you know - just super. I do it in the evening, leave it in the refrigerator until the morning and for breakfast you can safely serve it with tea.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h 40 min

Peanuts are fried in a dry frying pan (without adding oil).

Thoroughly peel the roasted peanuts from the husk.

Pour milk into a saucepan, add cocoa powder and sugar, mix with a whisk. We send the saucepan to the fire, bring the mass to a boil, then add the nuts and milk powder, mixing well.

A tray suitable in size is lined with cling film and we put the resulting mass into it (it is also convenient to use a rectangular silicone mold for these purposes). We send the tray to the refrigerator for 12 hours.

We spread the frozen sherbet on a beautiful dish and, having cut it into portions, serve it on the table.

Have a nice tea party!
