Potato chips in the microwave

Favorite treat at home! For many, chips are on the forbidden list because of their harmfulness. But homemade chips are a completely different matter and you can sometimes eat them (at least I allow myself to). And you can cook them in the microwave!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 35 min

1. Peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly and cut them as thinly as possible - directly on translucent plates (the thinner, the better and tastier the finished dish will be).
2. Fill the potato plates with water and leave to soak for one and a half to two hours.
3. Next, we lay out a towel on the work surface, spread the potatoes in 1 layer, let them dry.
4. Then return the potatoes to the bowl, add salt, paprika, herbs of Provence, pour in the oil. Mix, distributing the spices evenly over all the plates.
5. We line the microwave dish with parchment and spread the potato pieces in 1 layer. We cook the potatoes at maximum power for 3 minutes, after which we turn the chips over and cook again for 3 minutes.
6. We put the finished chips in a bowl. We continue to bring all the potatoes to readiness batch by batch.

Everything is ready, help yourself!
