The dough for cottage cheese strudel with cherries should be prepared one day before baking. Mix together cottage cheese, sugar butter, add flour, mix. Divide into 4 parts, arrange each in the form of a rectangle, wrap with cling film and put in the refrigerator.

On the second day, take out the dough without unwrapping the film, beat off the dough with a rolling pin on one side, then on the other side. Unwrap the dough and roll out very thinly on the table. You will get an elongated rectangle.

Put the filling along the wide side. To do this, step back from the edge 4-5 cm, on the left and right also make indents, but small. Grease the edges of the dough with protein and carefully wrap the rolls, starting from the sides. Brush with beaten egg.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper seam down. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. oven for half an hour. You should get a ruddy crust.

Cool, sprinkle with sugar.powder, cut.

If the cherry strudel survives until the next day, it will still remain delicious.

My daughter loves cherries, that's why I made strudel with frozen cherries. In the evening, I covered it with sugar and put it to defrost.
