Gently pour in the flour. Cook, stirring constantly, for one to two minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and pour the milk into it. Stir and put the pan back on the fire. Wait until it boils. Then cook for a couple more minutes, stirring constantly. Fry the onion in a frying pan. Rub it through a sieve into a puree and stir with the sauce. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. That's it, the lasagna sauce is ready.
