Cucumbers with ground black pepper

Spicy crispy cucumbers are the best snack for the festive table! For the first time I tried cucumbers pickled according to this recipe at a party. They were so sharp and crispy that I couldn't help but ask for a recipe. The husband and son also appreciated and are now asking to harvest them more!

Wash cucumbers before pickling, cut off their tips. Cut the cucumbers into circles. Garlic should be finely grated.
Now prepare the marinade: mix vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and ground black pepper.
Put garlic in the chopped cucumbers, pour marinade over them and put them in a cool place to infuse overnight.
In the morning, arrange the cucumbers in jars, add the marinade to each and put it to sterilize for 10 minutes. Roll up the lids, let the jars cool in a warm place. Everything is ready!
