Pasta with meatballs

A very satisfying and flavorful dish for the family table. Pasta with meatballs can be cooked for the second, or for dinner. Suitable for both pork and mixed minced meat. The sauce is prepared with the addition of tomato paste, but you can also make it from fresh tomatoes. Vegetables should be cleaned and crushed in a blender. If desired, a small amount of sour cream can be added to the sauce. It turns out very tasty meatballs in tomato sauce, they can be served with boiled pasta or potatoes. Pasta with meatballs also goes well with a salad of fresh vegetables.

How to make pasta with meatballs?

1. Boil the rice until tender in salted water. Flip into a colander and rinse with water.
2. Chop the carrots on a fine grater. Chop one onion finely. Pour the vegetables into the minced meat. Add rice, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and make balls.
3. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry until golden brown in oil.
4. Prepare a sauce of tomato paste, flour and water. Cut the onion into half rings, add to the sauce and mix.
5. Pour the sauce over the fried meatballs and cook under the lid for 20 minutes.
6. Boil any pasta in salted water until tender. Flip it into a colander. Serve hot pasta with meatballs to the table. Bon appetit!
