Put yeast in a small container, add sugar (2 teaspoons), pour warm water. Leave for 5 minutes.

Sift the flour, add the remaining sugar, then vanilla sugar, salt. Beat the egg, pour in warm milk and melted butter.

We combine the prepared ingredients from three bowls into one and knead the dough (I use a mixer with hooks-nozzles). The dough turns out elastic, steep. We roll a ball out of it and, covering it with cling film, leave it to approach for an hour.
