Sweet food in the form of a delicious, crumbly cake – this is a culinary recipe that is simply called "sand cake". Try it – he goes light with tea.
Softened margarine is rubbed well with sugar. Separately mix flour with soda and vanilla sugar. After both mixtures are combined into one. Put sour cream, beat in one egg, mix well each time. The dough will turn out cool, you can knead it with your hands afterwards, it will be easier this way. We divide it into four equal parts and bake each part in the oven in the form of a cake. Each cake will take about five or seven minutes. While the cakes are being baked, you can prepare the cream. Boiled condensed milk is whipped until fluffy with butter. We take a beautiful dish, put the first cake on it and lubricate it with berry or fruit jam. Sprinkle with walnuts. We put a second cake on top, which we lubricate with boiled condensed milk and also sprinkle with nuts. We continue to alternate cakes. The top one is abundantly sprinkled with nuts, decorating the sides of our cake with them.
