Marinade on grape juice

Try the amazing chicken in the marinade. This is a masterpiece recipe! This marinade for grilled chicken, as you can see from the list of required products, includes a whole bunch of spices. Instead of traditional wine, there is grape juice, plus barberry. It turns out something super, and it's not difficult to prepare this marinade. I think it will go with other types of fried meat.

There are many recipes for marinades for grilled chicken. I want to introduce you to my version. I like it because vinegar is not used in its preparation and the meat is not sharp. Chicken is considered a dietary food, and this marinade allows it to remain the same dietary.
Of course this recipe can be changed, for example, I often replace sugar with honey. It seems to me so much more fragrant, you can not take barberry at all, suddenly there will not be at hand. In ordinary marinades, I am not satisfied with the presence of various "foreign" components: oregano, lime. Well, why do they, if you can use something more mundane and close.
Well, we knead black pepper and a few peas of allspice (not all), we also mumble barberry. Mix it all with salt and sugar or honey. Add cloves, the remains of allspice, pour grape juice and water in which citric acid was diluted. You can heat it up a little so that the salt and sugar dissolve faster. You need to warm up a little. Pour the marinade over the chicken, leave it for about five hours.
