Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 40 min

1. Pour sugar and dry yeast into warm water, mix well. Leave the mixture in a warm place until the foam cap appears.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and sunflower oil, mix with a whisk.

3. We combine both mixtures together, sift the flour in parts, mixing well each time. When the dough becomes thick and sticky, we continue to knead with our hands, smearing them with additional sunflower oil, this will allow us not to add extra flour and not "score" the dough.

4. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and put it in a warm place to rise. The dough should double in volume, after which it is slightly crushed and allowed to rise again.

And now the dough is ready for further work.

Have a delicious baking!
