Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. Pour warm water into a bowl, pour salt and sugar into it, sift a little flour (about 1/3 of it) and add dry yeast. Mix the mass with a whisk, leave until a foam cap appears, for about 20-25 minutes.

2. When the reaction starts, break the chicken egg, pour vegetable oil, mix.

3. Sift another 1/3 of the flour into the resulting mixture, knead the sticky dough, leave it in a warm place for 25 minutes, then add the remaining flour and knead a soft, plastic dough.

The dough does not need further proofing, you can immediately start cooking pies.
