Zucchini salad with carrots and mayonnaise

A real treat for the whole winter! Required for cooking! Some housewives still fry carrots with onions. You can try it, they say it even tastes better. I personally make them raw. An awesome snack for any table.

To prepare such a salad of zucchini with mayonnaise for the winter, you can take any zucchini, even overripe. Only be sure to cut off the skin from them and remove the seeds, otherwise they will remain hard.

Cut the zucchini into strips, and three carrots on a coarse grater. Onions are cut either into cubes or thin half-rings.

Now we mix everything with each other, salt, pepper, pour vinegar, add sugar, vegetable oil, mayonnaise.

Prepare the jars, put the whole mass in them (without warming it up or frying it!). Take half-liter cans.

Now we sterilize them for at least forty minutes (starting from the moment when the water in the pan boils).

After we roll up the lids and cover with something warm. We give the banks to cool completely.

Everything, zucchini with mayonnaise is ready!
