14 meatballs are obtained from this amount of ingredients.
Rice (I use long grain), fall asleep in a saucepan, pour cold water and put on fire.
Stirring occasionally, cook until half-cooked - 10-15 minutes.
Finely chop the peeled onion.
Grate carrots on a fine grater.
We send the onion to the frying pan, in the heated oil.
Passer until golden brown.
Add finely grated carrots to the onion.
Mix thoroughly and fry on high heat for 5-10 minutes.
We put the minced meat in a large bowl and break the egg there.
Add half-cooked rice and onion-carrot roast.
Add salt, black pepper and knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands. The longer we mix the minced meat, the tastier the meatballs will be.
In a clean, dry bowl, pour flour.
We form small buns in the palms of our hands.
Roll in flour from all sides.
We send the meatballs to the frying pan, in preheated oil and fry on high heat until golden brown for 1-2 minutes.
Then turn over and fry the other side.
Put all the meatballs in a clean frying pan.
We are engaged in sauce: sour cream, tomato paste, salt and water are mixed in one bowl.
Pour this sauce over the meatballs.
Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with any side dish.
Bon appetit!
