Separate the small fillet from the chicken fillet after washing (we won't need it). Remove the fat and films from the meat.

Beat off the pieces lightly with a hammer, pour kefir with nutmeg, salt, black pepper for 1.5-2 hours.

Beat eggs with a fork.

Cut potatoes into strips (or grate), add salt, mash with your hands. Transfer to a paper towel and dry a little.

Rast.heat the oil in a frying pan until light "smoke".

Dry the marinated fillet, dip it into an egg, then into potato straws on both sides.

Transfer the meat to a hot frying pan, press it with a spatula to the surface. The main thing is not to burn it, because chicken fillet is fried quickly.

Put the fried pieces in a fireproof dish and then in the oven for 10-13 minutes (warmed up to 190).

How to cook pesto sauce:

Lightly fry pine nuts on low heat, stirring. Dry the washed basil, cut off the leaves - we only need them.

Put garlic, basil, nuts, grated cheese in a blender, pour in the oil. Beat until smooth. Add salt, beat again, if necessary, add salt.

Stewed cabbage I went as a side dish.
