Healthy vitamin drink made from frozen cranberries. Cranberry juice is one of the most popular drinks both in the cold season and in summer.     In a separate bowl, squeeze the juice completely through cheesecloth or a suitable clean cloth. This is done in order to preserve as much vitamin C as possible. When heated, it is partially destroyed, and we will not heat the resulting juice. Transfer the cake to a saucepan or ladle.

    Fill the cake with the prepared amount of water and put it on high heat.

    Bring the broth to a boil and remove from heat.

    Strain the broth through a sieve, add sugar and stir the drink until the crystals completely dissolve.

    Ready-made frozen cranberry juice can be served. In the warm season, you can add ice cubes to the drink, decorate with mint leaves.

Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener.

For cooking, it is better to use filtered or bottled water that is neutral to taste. If you use tap water, keep in mind that it can give the dish an unpleasant characteristic taste.
