Leek in our time, when it became available, is a frequent guest on the tables of many families. Unlike onions, leeks have a more delicate mild taste, and the benefits remain with him on an equal footing. Leek contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients (A, E, C, B vitamins, etc.), contains sulfur compounds that stop inflammatory processes, antioxidants. In addition, leeks contain practically no calories and fats, which allows them to be used in food with minimal damage to the figure.
You can cook various dishes from leeks - bake, add to soups, make salads. The salad I offer is very light, of course, children may not like it, but adults, especially men, will not refuse such a salad. In addition, such a bright spring salad will be an excellent solution during the period of a large number of boiled eggs (for Easter).

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).

How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.

Prepare salads only from fully chilled foods. Cooked from warm, the salad can quickly deteriorate.
