There are several different recipes for making this drink. One of them is the simplest - slivyanka on vodka, this drink has been preparing for about two months. But the result is a tart, fragrant, sweet tincture that can be served to the table not only as strong drinks, but also used to prepare desserts, sauces for meat and more.

    Fruits are well washed under running water, cut into two halves, remove the bones. However, it is better not to use overripe fruits, otherwise their pulp will begin to spread in the liquid.

    After a month, we take out the jar with the tincture. We drain the liquid into a bottle, put it in the refrigerator. And we cover the plum with sugar. Cover the jar with a lid and put it back in a dark, cool place for a week. During this time, syrup is formed in the jar.

    We drain it into another container. The plum for the tincture will no longer be needed, but there is no need to rush to throw it away. It is perfect for making alcohol-based sauces for meat, or it can be used for baking and desserts.

    Drain the liquid drained from the drain for the first time in one container and the plum syrup for the second time, mix and pour into the container. We put it back in a dark, cool place for another month. Sediment forms at the bottom of the bottles. Filter the drink through gauze, folded in several layers. We bottle it again. A fragrant, strong drink with pleasant notes of plum is ready. We serve the slivyanka to the table.
