Absinthe with sugar

The traditional version of the use of absinthe. Absinthe with sugar can be prepared at home. To do this, you will need a special absinthe spoon with holes, but if there is no such thing, you can use a regular fork.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. We choose a small cup, set up a spoon for absinthe or a regular fork.

2. Put a sugar cube on a spoon (fork), pour absinthe on sugar.

3. Absinthe is now in a glass, and the sugar is well soaked in it. We set fire to the sugar and wait until it all melts and flows into the glass.

4. Pour the drink into a larger glass, dilute with water in a ratio of about 1:4.
