Cooking method

1. Put the frozen cranberries in an enameled saucepan and pour cold water. Leave for 10-15 minutes so that the cranberries thaw, drain the water.

2. Grind the berries with a blender to a mushy consistency.

3. Put the resulting gruel in a fine sieve and filter the juice, pressing down the cake with a spoon (you can squeeze out the juice with gauze, putting the berry mass in it).

4. Pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, pour cranberry juice into boiling water, pour sugar and bring it to a boil over low heat.

5. Then remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid and infuse the drink for 15 minutes.

6. Filter the juice through a fine sieve and serve on the table.
