Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 d

Wash the cherry and sort it out, take out the bones.

Put the cherries in an enameled saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil. We send the washed leaves and sugar into a saucepan and, stirring, boil for 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat, cover with a lid and leave to cool.

Using a slotted spoon, we choose cherries in a bowl, and leaves in the trash. We knead the berries with our hands to the state of puree

We send the liquid from the pan to a glass container, pour vodka there and shake it thoroughly. After that, we also add cherry puree there.

We send the liqueur to infuse for 30 days in a tightly closed glass container. In the course of infusion, shake the infusion every 7 days.

The finished product is filtered and poured into glass bottles and sealed.

We store the liqueur in a cool dark place for 2 years.
