Compote of grapes and apples

A wonderful vitamin drink for the whole family. In summer we often cook compotes - we can't do without them. But why not prepare this drink for the winter as blanks? It's very tasty, and the vitamins will remain there.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

My apples, cut into slices, remove the core.

Wash the grapes, remove all the twigs.

We put the prepared ingredients in sterile jars (sterilized in the microwave - very convenient) and pour boiling water. We cover the jars with sterile lids (I pre-boil them) and leave for 15 minutes.

Then drain the liquid from the jars into a saucepan, pour cinnamon (it gives the compote a magical taste!) and sugar, cook until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.

Add citric acid to the syrup and pour into the jars up to the neck, roll up the lids and, turning the jars upside down, insulate with an old blanket or blanket until completely cooled.

There are 2 cans of 1.5 liters in the recipe. You can take 3 of 1 liter or 1 3-liter.

Cook with a good mood!
